International Mobility Specialist is responsible for management of work and residency permits obtaining processes for foreigners employed in Poland, support for newcomers to Poland and Polish employees taking part in overseas assignments. This position allows for both: development of in-demand expert knowledge as well as cooperation with teams and specialists from all over the Globe. Main accountabilities: • Obtaining of work and residency permits for foreigners employed in Poland • Transfers of employees of foreign Capgemini units to Poland • Support for foreigners (i.e.: questions regarding registration of address in Poland ‘zameldowanie’, registration of stay, PESEL number etc.) • Preparation of documents (i.e. delegation letters, requests for passports, other) • Support for sending employees of Capgemini Poland abroad • Replaying to employees’ and managers’ queries We are looking for active and self-reliant person, who is interested in gaining of expert knowledge in HR area. A team player who is open to contacts with managers and employees, and to cooperation with other teams from HR and Finance areas all over the world as well as external vendors.
